(1) Normal zinc flower plating flash coating: During the normal coagulation process, the zinc grain is free to grow into a plating layer having a significant zinc flower morphology.
(2) Small clever flower coating minimizes flash coating:
The zinc layer is in the process of solidification, and the zinc grain is limited to form a small zinc plating layer as much as possible.
(3) No wallless plating flashes:
By adjusting the hydraulic component, there is no plating layer that is uniform with visible zinc flowers.
